Masteller & Moler, Inc. is a Florida civil engineering firm established in 1982 with years of experience in designing, permitting, and certifying potable water, sanitary sewer, stormwater, paving, and grading.  We are located on the Treasure Coast in Vero Beach, Florida. 

Masteller & Moler, Inc. was created to provide consulting engineering services to both government and private development clients.

The firm's owners, Earl H. Masteller, PE, DEE and Stephen E. Moler, PE, are both professional engineers registered in Florida.  Over the past twenty-five (25) years, Earl H. Masteller, PE, DEE and Stephen E. Moler, PE have used their experience and expertise in water and wastewater treatment and system design to develop a profitable business relationship with City and County governments.  In addition, they have been successful in building a profitable business relationship with selected developers involving site plans and large land subdivisions.

Our professional experience has ranged from Project Conceptual Feasibility Studies up to and including Contract Administration / Construction Observation Services for both private development and municipal clients.  Masteller & Moler, Inc. offers a wide range of civil engineering services. 

Our 6,000 square foot office is equipped with State-of-the-Art equipment which permits our well trained staff to maximize production and quality.  The firm uses the latest engineering software, computer work stations, and large media plotting to facilitate all design of projects. 

Mr. Masteller and Mr. Moler are not only owners and officers of the firm, but are also directly involved in day-to-day engineering design.  The firm’s staff is well-educated, highly motivated and dedicated to serving the needs of each project.  A pleasant office atmosphere has been created by hiring staff with special importance on employee personality and motivation, providing a good benefits package, and giving a profit bonus at the end of each quarter.
